45 Degrees Looks Like This
V-Neck Cashmere Sweater, wearing a small | Distressed Jeans, only $88—one of my best buys EVER | Modern Loafers in midnight (these run small, order a size up!) | Camel Coat, old, similar here and here | Medium Marcie Bag | Glasses | Lip Sheer in Lily (love this color so much for everyday wear!)
I feel like I’m emerging from hibernation this week! Last week was long and cold, and I’m so happy that we seem to be out of the polar vortex, at least for a few weeks. It rained a bunch yesterday, which was actually welcome—melt that snow and ice—but got up to 45 degrees. My mom would still be freezing, but after -20, that feels like summer.
I’ve been leaning towards basics lately and pulling out all my classic pieces like these loafers, my favorite camel coat which I bought years ago (also tried it on with my beloved teddy coat), and a simple sweater and ripped jeans. Okay, the rips might have been a little hopeful because my knees got chilly, but worth it anyway.
On the agenda this week? Getting stuff done! We leave for Miami in just a couple of days and I’m hoping to wrap up some work and make plans for the next BFK Mastermind with Jess (make sure you’re on the BFK list for details!).
