Just because you had a bad experience doesn’t mean everybody else will, don’t be so hard. You should email them and i’m 100% sure they will fix all the problems so you can stop saying bad things about them.

I’ve had nothing but trouble AND I didn’t even receive the necklace. I was also billed 3 times in the last 2 weeks!! This company is a mess and I would not recommend this box to anyone.
