A Timeless Linen Dress
Last year when I was in Dallas, a friend was wearing a gorgeous linen dress from Reformation and ever since then, I’ve wanted one. It was simple, classic and effortless. Like, something you’d wear during a beach vacation or if you lived seaside in California—two places I wouldn’t mind being right now.
It took me a while, but when I came across this one, I knew it was the one. I love the color, the button-down styling, open back, the cut of the front and the bow that ties at the waist. Some linen dresses can feel super stiff. This one is definitely structured, but not too stiff!
I got the chance to wear it one night in Miami when we had an event to go to, and I can’t wait to wear it again in a month when we go to California with Rob’s family. The best thing about this dress in my opinion is that it can be worn casually with sandals or sneakers, or dressed up for a summer wedding with heels (love this pair) and a structured summer bag.
Do you have any pieces you’ve had your eye on? Or, one you waited a long time to finally buy? What was it?!
