Really only one reason, I make more money with RS than I did with ShopStyle and it just made sense to stick with one. However, I did hear recently that Shopsense allows you to pin products, so I might check that out since you can’t do that on RS. You can use both though, doesn’t matter! I have been using them for years and years (since 2009!) and have been generally happy but RewardStyle has better reporting and blogger interaction. So I always think about switching over.
