I’m laughing at myself a bit today as I look back at last week’s recipe. I was on a bit of a serious health kick, and actually I still am, but a sweet treat never hurt anyone! And I like to think this one barely counts because it’s half fruit.
It’s also fitting that this peachy recipe went live today because I’m headed to the Peach State this afternoon! Last week I mentioned that my sister, Katherine, recently got engaged. She lives in Atlanta and my youngest sister, Caroline, and I are going to visit her for a sister weekend filled with brunches, lots of wine, wedding dress appointments and simply spending time with each other. Since we’re all in different cities now, I really love getting to do stuff like this, even if it’s just for a couple of days! Luckily, I consider my sisters two of my very best friends and I hope someday we’ll all be in the same city. For now, trips will have to do!
