For me, it’s quiet time, often a face mask, meditation, diffusing some oils or reading a book with a glass of wine. It’s the little things and that’s what this challenge is all about! It’s up to YOU what self-care is, but I wanted to share a few of my favorite self-care products in case you need a little inspiration!
