I’d try something for a week and then decide it wasn’t working and switch to something else! After a month of being consistent I’ve noticed a big difference! The book is great too! I’m just so lazy. Luckily I inherited good skin from my father. I just ordered a new serum, an all natural vitamin C serum I found on amazon and I’m hoping I get used to adding it to my routine. Drinking water and applying SPF are the only constants in my skin care routine, I gotta get better with serums and night creams. I love the stuff but I’m so lazy!
