Happy Friday! I’m excited this week is coming to an end—I’m exhausted, and we still have Rob’s work holiday party tonight. After being gone for a week, I had such a hard time falling back into my routine and staying focused and I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home and jumping back in next week.
We did get our house decorated for Christmas, but it’s still a mess! Hoping to turn that around by tomorrow afternoon so I can enjoy it.
Here’s a few random things & thoughts from this week that I wanted to share:
This kombucha with pomegranate seeds would be a great non-alcoholic party offering. We’ve been having it during the week, and yes, we always serve kombucha in wine glasses to feel fancy!
This probiotic -infused spot treatment has been a game changer for breakouts. I had a big breakout over Thanksgiving, ugh, and this helped cleared it up in just a few days!
Our bedroom rug arrived and it’s gorgeous! Still haven’t completely unrolled it, but it’s on the list for this weekend.
I signed up for Melissa Wood Health’s workouts last week and I love them! They’re like a combo of yoga and barre movements. It’s grounding, meditative and also a killer workout. I ordered these ankle weights too. Most (if not all) of her workouts are around 15-30 minutes long and don’t require much or any equipment. I love doing these on my off days or when I need an energy boost. And, for any of my mamas, she has a whole prenatal section which is amazing because I really struggled with finding good workouts when I was pregnant.
Book suggestions? I need a good one for the holidays that’s entertaining!
