I remember walking into freshman biology and hearing the horrifying news spreading like wildfire through my high school. It’s crazy that it’s been so long, but I still remember exactly where I was. Do you remember where you were too?
Today, I’m taking a quiet moment to remember the people who have risked and given their lives to protect our country and all of us in it. We live in such a wonderful country, and sometimes I think I forget how lucky I am to live here and to have all the freedoms I do.
So today, I’m doing my best to remember all those wonderful freedoms instead of getting stressed or frustrated with work or when something doesn’t go as planned.
