Winter Won’t Quit

Before I kicked off this cleanse and save spree, I hit a low. For whatever reason, I needed to shop. This is really out of character for someone like me who really only likes to online shop, but the need was there. Maybe I was getting cabin fever after being inside all week, but anyway, I went.

I only had intentions of getting a sweater that I had my eye on, but came out with not one item, but two bags. Zara was having a sale. Oops.

One of the other items I grabbed was this plaid coat. It’s not something I’d usually buy, but I put it on and kinda fell in love. I felt all sorts of Mad Men while wearing it and again, it was on major sale. I paired it with a sequined shirt this time, but next time, I’m thinking of styling it with a belt so cinch in the waist since it doesn’t have one.

I was really hoping for a break in the winter weather after it subsequently led me to go on a shopping spree, but it doesn’t seem to have any intention of ever quitting. Who else feels my pain?!
