I’m quickly realizing that my wardrobe is not Chicago ready. The temperatures are already down into the 70s during the day and in the 60s and lower at night! I’m not complaining, but I am not prepared. In Texas I’d still have another month of 80-90 degrees temperatures. And let’s face it. I really don’t miss that.
I got the J.Crew catalog in yesterday. Yikes, too many pretty cozy things I feel like I need! And the cashmere? Lovely, but so out of my price range.
Anyway, I have about 5 sweaters total. So I’ll be doing some careful shopping to effectively stay warm without busting the bank and also making sure that the things I get actually have matching counterparts that are already in my closet!
My fall style is relatively comfortable and casual, but well put together! Despite working from home, I do like getting dressed like I’m heading to the office each day. What are your go to fall pieces?
