I’m baaaacckkkk.
Well the internet is at least. I’m literally so excited. Is that weird? Nevermind the cable. I could do without that. But the internet is a must. For the past few days I’ve felt like the most unproductive piece of crap. Starbuck’s free wifi wasn’t cutting it. And the amounts of coffee and tea I was drinking to justify the number of hours I spent there was cutting into my weekend beer budget.
Two days ago, Comcast rang the door and I answered it like it was some long lost friend. No, we’d never met. But we soon became quick friends. I was blabbing about how I couldn’t do my job properly and how I couldn’t get the gas to work on my stove, and he complained about his boss and quickly pointed out which gas meter that was mine and why it wasn’t working. Two hours later and.. well, you can guess it. I’m online. Still working on the stove…
With life being more normal, I was able to get the redesigned Urban Interiors site launched this week too! Vicki & Susan were a joy to work with and looking through their images for days on end has made me want to redo every room in my apartment. Aren’t those images to die for?
And now it’s back to working, blogging and just being my normal self.
Ah, the joys of being a computer geek.
