Easy Chocolate Soufflés
As I mentioned a few days ago, we do Valentine’s Day at home. It’s easy, romantic and has become a bit of a tradition for us! For the most part, I usually stick to Ina’s steakhouse steaks, a green veggie, some sort of potatoes, a great salad and then something chocolatey for dessert. Oh, and a fancy bottle of red wine!
This year, I wanted to try something new that looked complicated and French, but was actually really easy. These chocolate souffles are just that! They’re super easy to make and can actually be made ahead of time, popped in the fridge and pulled out right before it’s time to bake! My only regret is that I didn’t have these gold-rimmed ramekins to bake them in!
