The past few weeks Chicago has been experiencing insanely amazing weather. I kept remembering all the people who told me I was crazy to move to Chicago in February — what did they know?
But, I didn’t think it could stay this incredible all the way until summer, and I was right. Yesterday was surprisingly chilly. I had to dig out my coat and my down converter again. I can’t believe I almost bought a window unit last weekend.
Despite these few chilly days, I feel like Chicago warmed up this year to make my transition into a new city a little smoother, and for that, I’m very grateful!
Nevertheless, I still love a warm and sunny day, and today, I wish I was wearing this…And sitting on a patio with a glass of Cava. Instead, I’m in my sweatpants & robe in my office. Don’t judge my rainy day outfit.
