This past weekend’s trip kicked off a long string of trips I have planned over the next few months. We went for my cousin’s wedding, but came a few days early so we could spend some time exploring the city and I couldn’t be happier we did! This city was gorgeous, green and we got really lucky with the weather and only got rained on once.
Our second night out we went to dinner at an Italian spot downtown called Tulio. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a really cool cozy feel to it. My sister snapped these on our walk there. What I didn’t know about Seattle was how hilly it was, so thankfully we didn’t have to walk far that night because heels and hills don’t mix that well. Thankfully I had on one of my most comfortable pairs that night!
I wore these Pilcro ankle jeans (last seen here) from Anthropologie paired with this navy blouse from J.Crew. What I love about this outfit is that overall it’s pretty simple, but the patterned pants keep it from looking boring. Since the pattern is bold, I kept accessories simple with this white clutch from Vera Bradley (told you I was obsessed) and these crystal earrings from Kate Spade.
Overall the weekend was pretty perfect, but I think I need to go on a detox diet this week after all the great food and drinks we consumed! I’m diving into trip details tomorrow, so stay tuned, because I have a feeling you’ll want to book a trip to Seattle after seeing those pictures.
