Hi The Fox & She readers, Marianne here with my first installment of Wear It. Throughout the series I’ll be creating outfits based on upcoming events, holidays, and warm weather outings – think Mother’s Day, summer weddings, baseball games. Up first rainy day wear. A ton of us can relate to this right now. Seems that anytime I check the weather around the country there is rain. I personally don’t own a trench because when it rains in Florida it’s usually too hot to wear any outerwear, but for the rest of the country I believe this is a staple, along with a chic pair of rain boots. I opted to add some personality to the look by incorporating punchy earrings, a sparkly necklace, and a graphic umbrella. I so wish I had this look last year while peddling around The Netherlands, so chic and fun. What is your go to on a rainy day?
