Denim + Denim

chambray shirt, similar / jeans / boots / scarf, similar / vest / bag

With my parents in town this weekend, we had a full day of tourist activities. We waited to do them until Sunday because it was warmer than any other day last weekend. Of course they day they leave, the weather is amazing and perfect, I feel like it always happens like that.

Right now I’m kind of obsessed with chambray. It’s easy, comfortable and looks lovely. So I threw that on with a pair of jeans. In fear that denim on denim would look a too much like I’d just walked off the ranch, I paired it with my hipster-esque Madewell booties, a black vest, scarf and my new Kelly Wynne bag. Definitely feels more city-dweller than ranch-hand!

Oh, and can you tell that I’m OBSESSED with my new bag? I’m so proud of Kelly and incredibly impressed with the quality and styling of her bags. If you haven’t gotten your hands on one yet, I highly recommend that you do — they’re not available online just quite yet, but add your name to email list and you’ll be the first to find out!
