We’ve been having the absolute nicest weather here in Chicago. The other day, we walked to lunch and I mentioned to Rob that it felt a bit like fall (well, in the shade at least).

Though I always am sad to see summer come to an end, I always find myself getting re-inspired and motivated right when September hits. I get back into a more normal routine and everything just feels right! Probably because fall is my favorite season and for whatever reason, I just feel at ease!

It’s also my favorite season to dress for. Yes, I love dresses and that’s pretty much all I wear during summer, but I’m a sucker for a good layered look. Give me jeans, a cute top or cozy sweater and booties and I am set!

It might feel a bit early, but these pieces were too good to not share. And, even better? They’re all really affordable! Well, admittedly, the sunglasses are a little bit pricier, but they’re quality and you’ll have them for not only fall, but years to come. Everything else is an amazing deal!

Even crazier? All of these pieces are from Walmart!

I would have never guessed that they had such a good selection of premium brands—think Levi’s, Ray Ban, Vince Camuto and so many more! and I was very pleasantly surprised with everything I found.

I snagged this pair of high rise skinny jeans that come in 3 different washes. I loved that each size came in different lengths too! That’s not something you always see, but is nice because I’m tall and sometimes pants are simply too short!

I also got this adorable top, these booties, this bag and these sunglasses—I couldn’t resist! Plus, I’ve lost like half of my pairs of sunglasses at the park with Owen, so I needed a new pair anyway.

Walmart might not be the first place you think of when shopping for new pieces for fall, but I urge you to check them out! You will be so happy you did, and the prices are unbeatable! And, there’s a ton of awesome stuff for summer too—just in time for Labor Day, one last hoorah!

Do you look forward to the start of fall as much as I do? What’s your favorite thing about the season?!

Thanks to Walmart, a brand I love and trust, for sponsoring this post! Thank you for supporting the brands that help make The Fox & She possible!

BTW, how to easily save money this month, and paper bag pants and figuring out what’s next.
