3 Ways to Style a Leopard Skirt
A good leopard midi skirt is a great wardrobe staple. It acts almost as a neutral, but makes a simple outfit so much more fun! I bought this one from Madewell several years ago, and it’s still one of my favorites today. It’s still summer, but we’ll be easing into fall soon, so I shared a few looks that will get you from one season to the next!
Leopard Skirt Options
As I mentioned, this skirt is an old style, so I did a little research and found a few leopard skirts (all on Amazon) that I absolutely love and think you will too. The price is pretty amazing too:
- High Waist Leopard Midi, $28.99—my top pick!
- Pleated Leopard Midi Skirt, $18.99—more full skirt and flowy, so cute!
- Pleated Leopard Pull-on Midi Skirt, $49.90—more black and less brown than the others, also beautiful
How to Style a Leopard Skirt 3 Ways
Crop Top & Sandals
We’ll start with the most summery of the bunch! I love a good crop top and high-waisted midi paired together. I don’t want to show a ton of skin, but I love just a little bit peeking out like this. Paired with some simple black sandals, this is perfect for lunch with friends or a casual date.
Bodysuit & Sneakers
If you don’t own a bodysuit yet, what are you waiting for? They make tucking any shirt into jeans, skirts or shorts so much cleaner. No extra baggy fabric, or the back coming un-tucked when you sit down. My favorite spot for bodysuits is Abercrombie. They have a huge selection of different styles and colors, so you’ll be able to find a few that you love.

Cozy Knit Sweater & Heels
Last, one of my favorite ways to wear a midi skirt in the winter—with a chunky knit sweater, heels or even booties! Instead of just letting the sweater hang down, tuck the bottom edge under your bra so that it hangs down nicely, instead of trying to tuck it into the front of the skirt which will just look bulky.
