5 Summer Style Picks Under $25

Memorial Day weekend is upon us and nothing signals the start of summer like this holiday! We’re actually attempting to bead board our powder bath this weekend, but besides that, I’m hoping for a relaxing weekend with friends and family.

I recently bought a few new pieces that are absolutely amazing for summer, and very affordable too. This week alone, I’ve worn several of these outfits already. They’re easy, look great and best of all, they’re comfortable too.

When I was in Atlanta with my sister last weekend, we popped into Target and stumbled across these paper bag shorts and both scooped up a few pairs. They fit exactly how I like shorts to fit—elastic waist, high-rise and flowy and look nice too because of the tie waist.

Another find were these two flowy skirts that look great with a tank, t-shirt, or even as a swim cover-up. They come in a bunch of different colors and patterns, so I’m sure you can find one that suits your look.

I’m actually wearing the outfit above as I type this! I got a small in the skirt which fits great, but if you want a little more length, I think you could go up a size without it being too big. The waist is really stretchy. I paired it with a simple black t-shirt and my go-to sneakers.

I adore these green shorts, but heads up, I can’t find them online. If you’re looking for them, it’s probably best to pop into your local Target. They have several other colors online too.

Lastly, another cute, breezy skirt. I paired this one with my favorite Amazon crops that I usually wear to workout in, but love how they look with high-waisted skirts and shorts. Paired with these sandals and a button up shirt, this would make for such a cute swim cover-up too!

On that note, it’s time to start gathering supplies for my DIY project this weekend, cross your fingers it all goes to plan! That bathroom has long-needed some love, so I’m excited to tackle this project this weekend!
