We are in full on nesting mode in our house! It’s hard not to be when you first move into a place, and it’s been so much fun!

For the most part, we have most of our big pieces in, but it’s those finishing touches that make it really feel cozy. With fall approaching, I always get the itch (even when I haven’t just moved) to make updates around the house. There’s just something about this time of year that feels like a fresh start.

Maybe it’s just the change of seasons?! Either way, adding a few minor, or major, updates around the house can make things feel totally new and exciting without spending a ton.

I rounded up some gorgeous and affordable pieces for the home that I adore! I especially love this Shaker Bench though sadly I don’t have a spot for it, and this Wood & Cane Accent Chair. The cane detailing on it is SO GOOD guys!

Two of these Upholstered Cubes would be perfect in front of a fireplace or set next each other as a makeshift coffee table of sorts.

Lastly, this Faux Wreath and Doormat would make any entryway more inviting! And, I love that the wreath won’t die, haha!

Do you get the itch to make updates around the house this time of year? What home projects do you have on your list for fall?

BTW, Jack’s colorful nursery, and 25 gorgeous pendant lights.
