January 26, 2015 Dressed Up Museum Date Society tells us that we’re suppose to go buy flowers, cards and chocolates on Valentine’s Day and head out for a fancy dinner with our significant other. I’m totally okay with the flowers, cards and chocolate part, but who’s to say that love can’t be celebrated by doing something other than eating a meal together? Last week I told you guys about our Valentine’s Day traditions, but it got me thinking about all the other things you could do together, like visit a museum. I think museum visits are really great dates. You can go a little earlier and then head out for a drinks and a quick bite afterward. It takes away the pressure of spending a ton of money on dinner, but still allows you to spend time with your guy or girl and enjoy each other! A fun tip? Arrive separately and surprise him by dressing up a little fancier and who knows, maybe something special underneath?! I paired this feminine floral midi skirt with a chunky sweater tucked halfway in to avoid looking frumpy. Pair it with some beautiful heels and you’re ready for date night!
