The Statement Coat

A few years ago I fell in love with a leopard coat from Kate Spade, but by the time I finally decided I should make it mine, it was sold out in my size. I was heart broken! I know, probably a dramatic response to a coat selling out, but either way, I was really bummed.

Thankfully I was browsing ASOS a few weeks later and came across an different, but equally gorgeous leopard print coat! It’s most definitely a statement coat, but even a few years after purchasing it, I still love it so much. I don’t wear it all the time, but every time I do, I feel amazing and chic!

In the past I’ve worn this coat with denim on denim and my over the knee boots, but last week I wore it with a casual outfit of skinny jeans, this fringed sweater and these loafers (that I’m obsessed with) to dress up my casual work day look.
