December is always a crazier month than I intend for it to be. Between Christmas parties, events, shopping for gifts and traveling to see loved ones, it flies by. The good news is that it’s mostly all fun stuff, so I try to remember to be thankful instead of stressed. Today’s post is perfect for tonight because I’m headed to the Pump Room with my supper club for our annual holiday dinner and gift exchange! Typically supper club is a relaxed affair, but I love this little get together because we get to dress up in something a little fancier!

So, what to wear to a holiday party?! I’ll be wearing a red dress that I bought last spring at Anthropologie (I love repurposing spring items!), these lowland boots that I’m obsessed with and a polished blazer, because it’s freezing outside. I’ll be carrying a Kate Spade bow bag too. It’s so festive for the holidays!

I’m so thankful to have gotten to know and become friends with all the girls in my supper club and can’t wait for tonight’s mini-party! Do you do anything similar with your friends?

    Love the hi-lo hemline on the dress, and you may have inspired me to get a little supper club of my own going in Louisville cause who doesn’t love an excuse to get dressed up and enjoy some good food.
