Schedule Your Week in Advance
I love taking a short chunk of time on Sundays, usually while the boys are napping, to sit down and get my week scheduled. My time is limited, so if I come into the week with a plan, I feel less stressed and I’m more productive.
I start by brain dumping everything into one list then grabbing my calendar and popping things in where they fit. Most weeks I don’t get to everything, but I’m able to prioritize what really needs to happen.

I started this a few years ago and it is a game-changer. Actually, I forgot to do it a few weeks ago and it was a disaster! It doesn’t take much time, makes for less trips to the store and smoother nights knowing exactly what I’ll be cooking.
Be Grateful
Starting each morning by focusing on a few things you’re grateful for puts you in the best mindset for the rest of the day. I know that when I focus on all the wonderful things in my room, it leaves less room for the negative and in turn makes life feel blissful and simple.
Get Organized
Lastly, there’s nothing better than having an organized home to make life feel easier. I find that actual, visual clutter causes mental clutter. When our house is clean and organized, so is my brain. And, a clear mind always feels good.
