Lately I’ve been really good about getting dressed in my activewear, but really bad about actually being active. I always start my day with the best of intentions, but 5 o’clock rolls around and I’m wondering where the day went.
Jack’s been napping less as he gets older and it’s put a little bit of a strain on my work hours. Trying to get everything done for work, plus exercise in 3.5-4 hours a day just doesn’t always happen.
I’ve been feeling more anxious and antsy though, and I have a good feeling it’s because I haven’t been giving myself enough movement, so this all changes today! I bought a few new activewear pieces and have plans to clean out my workout clothing shelves this weekend, it’s a hot mess in there right now.
I’m also planning my workouts each day, just like I would work tasks, and hoping that helps me make it a priority!
