A few weeks ago I popped into Evereve on Southport to do a little fall shopping. I won’t lie, it’s not often that I physically go into a store to shop, but it was such a nice change of pace and so much fun! Southport Corridor is one of my favorite places to shop and hangout (seriously, we’re here every weekend), and when the weather starts to cool off it’s even better. I love grabbing a coffee, strolling and popping into different shops to browse. If you follow my Insta Stories, you probably saw my try-on session. It took me forever to pick out just one outfit because everything I tried on was so dang cute!
One of the coolest things about the Evereve in-store experience is that their staff are all trained stylists and are experts in helping you find pieces that fit and flatter your body type. What I really loved was that they picked out outfits that I might have not put together myself and I loved them! The whole experience felt like shopping with your friends. We talked about kids, which day care Owen should go to next year, which jeans we’re in style, the best snow boots to have in Chicago and our favorite spots to eat on Southport.
I finally settled on this cozy fall look to take home and now I’m impatiently waiting for fall temps to hit. This oatmeal-colored sweater is about the softest and coziest thing I’ve ever put on. As soon as I tried on this long cardigan, I knew I had to have it! It’ll look so cute with these new distressed jeans, a white tee and sneakers too. Lastly, these booties. Oh my goodness, I’m so obsessed with them and have been wearing them just about every chance I get. They’re actually really comfortable and stay on my feet really well which is great when I’m chasing Owen down the hall to keep him from crawling up the stairs or putting his hands in the toilet (boys, right?!).

If you’re a mama, you’re going to love this next part. In the back of the store, they’ve got some toys and a big jar of goldfish to keep your kids entertained while you try on clothes.
If you don’t live in Chicago and your city doesn’t have Evereve, they also have a really cool service called Trendsend. You fill out a profile with your taste, lifestyle, body type and budget and how often you want to receive a box. Then you’ll get a box with 2-3 entire outfits! You try them on at home and keep what you like and send back what didn’t work. It’s as easy as that!
Evereve sent me a Trendsend box a few weeks back so I could get a better idea of the service and what to expect. Hands down, this was the best styling box I’ve ever received! Everything inside my box fit perfectly and was really cute! Again, there were items in there that I might have not picked out myself, but it was fun to try some different pieces and step outside of my comfort zone a bit. Here’s a few of the things that were inside!

Owen and I are Texas until tomorrow morning, and while we’ve had so much fun, I’m looking forward to heading home to see Rob, Oliver and get back to the cooler weather! Just looking at these pictures again has me seriously wanting for fall! How about you?
Have you shopped at Evereve before? So many of you reached out and told me how much you loved them! What’s on your wishlist for this next season?
