The Cutest Pink Gingham Midi Dress
I’ve been waiting for this week all month long—in just a few short days, I’m heading to Phoenix for a long weekend!
It’s crazy that my first two trips away from Owen landed in the same month, but Rob handled it like a champ last time and I think it was great for them to get to spend lots of time together by themselves.
One thing I’m really excited about? HEAT. Okay, so it’s not going to be like really hot or anything, but it’s not going to be 40 degrees either. We’ve made it through the worst of Chicago winter, but this Texas girl is SO ready for serious warmth!
I’m so excited about this trip that I actually started pulling stuff out last week (usually I’m packing the night before), and this dress is coming with! I just ordered it from Bloomingdale’s and it’s part of their “Good for the Globe” Carousel. The Carousel is basically a rotating pop-up that’s inspired by different themes and has guest curators select the merchandise!
This Carousel, curated by pro surfer and Surfrider Foundation ambassador, Quincy Davis, is focused on eco-friendly and socially conscious products which I love!
I can’t say that every item in my closet is eco-friendly, but it’s definitely a big perk to me, and I love seeing brands work to making their products and processes better for the Earth. That might mean they’re made from recycled material, or that a portion of proceeds benefits some meaningful cause!
This dress is one from the Carousel and I absolutely adore it! The tie-front is so fun and carefree for spring and summer and the fabric is so beautiful and comfortable in person. I’m also loving this adorable little bucket bag. It’s perfect for the beach or spring and summer date nights when I”m not having to lug around my diaper bag, ha!
Make sure to pop over to Bloomingdale’s and checkout all the amazing stuff in the Carousel! There’s tons of amazing pieces for your closet AND your home. I browsed the home section for WAY too long—I think I’ve got spring cleaning and refreshing on the brain, perfect timing!
Do you try to purchase from eco-friendly brands or brands that give back? What are your favorites?!
Thanks to Bloomingdales for sponsoring this post! Thanks for supporting the brands that help make The Fox & She possible!
