25 minute full body workout with no equipment required. Add 1lb ankle weights for extra resistance *if* you want!

Hopefully you saw this on Instagram earlier this week, but if not, here it is again! This month, I’m sharing a new workout on my feed every week, and if it’s something you guys are loving, I’d love to keep it up! As a mom, finding time for a workout can be difficult, but it’s one of those things that I know makes me feel so much better, so I’m trying to do a better job of prioritizing it at least 4x a week.

25 Minute Full Body Workout

This workout only takes 25 minutes, but trust me, you will be feeling it! Funny story—the day I filmed this, I did the workout once in the morning and somehow messed up the video and it wouldn’t play, so I did it again that afternoon and my legs felt like rubber for the rest of the evening. That right there is proof that all workouts don’t have to be long, and they don’t have to involve lifting heavy weights.

You can use 1lb. ankle weights like I do here. I love my Bala bangles and highly recommend them, or skip completely if you don’t have any. You could also grab a set of light dumb bells, I wouldn’t do more than 2lbs., for the arm series for a little extra burn and toning!

I paired this workout with a 30 minute walk with my little guy and the dog. Just enough extra cardio to make feel like I really crushed it. Plus, getting outside is always a bonus in my opinion! It’s just so dang good for the soul!
