Today’s a BIG day! Not only is it our moving day, but it’s also the start of the Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale! I already did some shopping early this morning before the best stuff sells out and before our move officially starts. I should really be packing up that last box, but I’ll get to it in just a bit!

With summer on our heels, this sale couldn’t have hit at a better time! There are so many dresses, tops, sandals, skirts and bags on sale right now that are perfect for summer travels—even if you’re only going to a neighboring city. I snagged this cute eyelet dress and I cannot wait for it to arrive! I think it’ll be pretty cute with flats, sneakers or wedges!

Now, back to our move! I went over to our new place yesterday to clean before our stuff goes in and meant to take some pictures, but totally forgot, so I’ll try to get some today before it gets totally messy and crazy. Before I left, I did a quick walk around the neighborhood and I cannot wait to be there for good! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, homey and so green. It feels sooooo different than downtown, but in my opinion, it’s a very welcome change—I think we’re really going to love it!
