Spring is officially here—the flowers and trees are blooming, the weather is warming up and my allergies are going insane. If you live anywhere cold, those first few weeks where you don’t have to wear closed toe shoes and sweaters feel like the world is breathing life back into your soul and I am here for it.
I was pulling out my box of warm weather shoes and realized that a few pairs no longer look up to par, one pair was overly stretched out and I needed some fresh footwear in my close to go with my minimal, classic outfits from my Spring Capsule Wardrobe.
I lean towards neutrals when it comes to sandals because you can mix and match them with anything. I think having a pair of brown, tan and black is a great place to start because you’ll find outfits to wear with all of those.
These pairs are all so cute, but I highlighted a few that I have on my shortlist below and why so you can figure out which pairs will work best in your wardrobe this spring and summer.
Spring & Summer Sandals 2024
Day Twist Sandal: I’ve owned the Day Sandals for years and absolutely loved them—the material is so soft and this twisted version brings something different to the table that I love.
Braided Jute Slides: I love myself a straw bag, so why not bring that same look to your feet! I love that this color will go with anything and love the super summery vibe of the material. These have a slight platform to them too.
Metallic Strappy Sandals: I love a sandal with a strap around the back of your foot because it stays on. Metallics are such a fun way to add something unique to your look and make it feel a bit more dressy, while still be casual enough for everyday wear.
Rosa Low Sandals: These bring a beautiful woven texture into your look and I love that these have just the smallest heel, making them perfect for work, everyday or a night out.
Leather Bow Sandals: I love the bow detail on these and how delicate and feminine they look. They’d look great with my favorite trousers or a pretty white dress.
