The start of a new year always gets me excited to get back into better routines, more movement and eating healthier. Especially after the holiday craze. I know I was feeling particularly bloated and just off for weeks, so I was ready for a change.
I’ve been starting my days with meditation, warm water with lemon and a big bowl of fresh fruit. I’m loving how light my mornings feel. Once my kids are off to school, I’ve been prioritizing movement. After so many years, I still come back to Melissa Wood’s workouts. I ADORE these leggings. So comfortable and they look just like the Free People pair. They pair great with the matching sports bra I linked below. They do run a little on the small side. I normally wear a small and I got the M/L in these based off reviews and they fit great.
Square Neck Sports Bra
Again, this runs a little small according to the reviews so I went up a size and it’s perfect. It’s flattering, comfortable and looks great with the matching leggings.
Seamless Ribbed Crop Tanks
These tanks come in a set of three and are a total steal! They’re so comfortable and great for working out in and wearing as a base layer. They don’t have a ton of support, so I would recommend a racerback bra underneath. I also recommend the crop version, they’re not super cropped. Reviews say the long crop is really really long.

You need these! They’ve got a washed look to them and they really suck you in. I absolutely love working out in these. They also come with a pocket version and in a bunch of different colors.
