15 Art Prints to Brighten Your Walls
My very first place in Chicago was really big, and not just by Chicago standards. It had two (large) bedrooms, a massive living room (after we painted over the nasty green), a formal dining room, a watermelon pink door, office, kitchen, a screened-in patio, two bathrooms and a whole lot of empty wall space. Pretty crazy, right?
I had arrived with a few pieces of art, but not nearly enough to make our place feel lived in. I decided that the easiest and most affordable way to give our place more personality was to create a gallery wall filled with stylish wall art.
The toughest part is finding good art prints! I always feel like gallery walls feel more intentional when they’re collected over time, but sometimes you need stuff immediately! At the time the only place I knew of was Etsy, which is still a great source for affordable artwork. Since then I’ve been introduced to a few more amazing small shops, like Lulu & Georgia, Furbish, and Waiting on Martha, that have stellar art prints at great prices. So rounded up 15 of my favorites from across the web, including a few amazing Etsy finds — I own #3 and really want to add #1 to my collection, the colors are amazing!
Do you have a gallery wall? Where’s your favorite place to look for art prints? Any favorite affordable frames (West Elm is my current go-to & I’m trying out Framebridge for the first time!)?
