For as much as I use Amazon for random odds and ends for the boys (just got these wooden doll family and bedroom set for our new dollhouse), it’s been a hot minute since I browsed the fashion section. As always, I came across some cute and very affordable pieces to get you through the next month and a half of summer, or maybe longer depending on where you live.
Other than one dress, I opted for a bunch of neutrals that can easily be mixed and matched with existing pieces in my closet, and worn over and over again! Here’s what I found and loved this month, plus a few ideas for how to wear it when it gets cooler outside too!
7 Amazon Fashion Finds for Summer
Cropped Tee, size S
I typically don’t wear t-shirts that often and wasn’t expecting to love this one so much, but dang! The color is perfect, it’s slightly heathered which I love and perfectly oversized. You could always go up a size if you want it more slouchy. I love how it looks with high-waisted jeans and will be wearing it with denim shorts too.
Crop Tank Top, size S
This top looks very cute with high-waisted jeans, white pants and skirts! It could easily double as a workout crop too. I absolutely love this brown color. Tops like this are great for summer and fall too—just add a jacket!
Boho Dress, size 0-2
Such a fun, breezy dress and these colors are gorgeous! The material was so soft and some reviews said see-through, but I didn’t think so. It’s definitely thinner, so nude underwear would be best!
Flowy Maxi Dress, size S in Beige
I actually bought this dress earlier this summer, but it sold out so quickly. I just noticed that it’s back in stock in this color and a few others! It’s so beautiful and comfortable and I love that you can wear it 2 ways. Once fall hits, pair it with booties and a denim jacket—the sleeve material is thin, so it would easily fit!
Tiered Ruffle Dress with Tie Sleeves, size S
Sorry, it’s so wrinkled straight out of the bag and my steamer broke—just bought this new, hand-held one because I’m not into ironing. Anyway, this dress is so cute! I was worried it was going to be too short, but at 5’8″ I actually found it to be totally long enough.
This color is pretty! They call is Apricot online, but I’d say it’s ivory or off-white in person. The fabric would be a little see-through with darker undies, but is totally fine with nude undergarments. I think I’m going to exchange it for the black simply because I think I’ll get more use out of it.
Leggings, size XS in Beige | Workout Tank, size S
When it comes to workout leggings, I almost always buy black or grey, so I thought it’d be fun to switch things up with this lighter pair. I’ve bought so many amazing pairs of leggings from different brands on Amazon, and yet again, these do not disappoint. They are so soft, I actually think these feel the most like the Align fabric. They’re very long and do not show the booty when you squat.
I can see myself wearing these into fall with cozy sweaters, my Golden Goose sneakers and a long camel coat for a cool athleisure look!
As for this top, I have so many cropped tops for working out and wanted one that was looser and longer. This one technically says it’s cropped, but I didn’t find it to be—and I have a long waist! It’s very simple and basic, but I’ve worn it a ton for daily walks.
