Amazon is probably not the first place that pops into your head when you think of “wellness,” but so many of my favorite wellness products are available here and so easy to order if you have Amazon Prime.
For supplements, I utilize the subscribe feature because it allows you save money each time you purchase too. I highlighted some of my favorites that I use on a daily or weekly basis around the house, in the kitchen, for cleaning and working out!

I use ankle weights for my Melissa Wood workouts and she uses ones similar to these. They look cool and are easy to travel with too since they’re only 1 pound!
If you struggle to drink enough water, I highly suggest getting a bigger water bottle. This made a huge difference for me and now I have at least 3 of these per day. It’s not cheap for a water bottle, but it’s really durable, keeps water cold and keeps you hydrated.

If you have to clean, you might as well make it more enjoyable, right? I’ve found that switching to non-toxic cleaners makes it so much easier to clean because it doesn’t give me a headache and these cute scrubbers can’t hurt either.
Another style of ankle weights, and a cheaper version than the other ones I mentioned. This is actually the kind I have and I love them! I’ve taken them on trips, and store them in a drawer. They’re so handy for quick workouts at home.
I’ve tried so many probiotics over the years and this is the only one that’s made a big difference for me. It has 15 billion CFU vs. 2 billion, which is what most probiotics you’ll find at the drugstore have. I store it in the fridge to keep them active, and wow, after a couple months of using this and the prebiotic fiber I mention below, my gut health had completely changed!
Lately, I’ve been reaching for matcha instead of coffee in the morning and this is my go-to brand. It’s matcha, but also has collagen in it. I typically make a matcha latte in the morning, which I love! Here’s my recipe for matcha lattes.
I use castile soap for cleaning as it’s non-toxic and safe for the environment. A little goes a long way just so you know! You can buy in bulk on Amazon for cheaper than you can in most specialty stores too.
10. Gaiam Yoga Mat
This is the yoga mat I have! Nothing fancy, but great quality for the price. We use this regularly for workouts at home and yoga.
The prettiest oil diffuser I’ve ever owned! It also comes in a pretty terracotta color and black stone. It works just as well as any other diffuser I’ve had and looks beautiful on the counter.
12. Wool Dryer Balls
Traditional dryer sheets are really toxic! I swapped ours for these wool dryer balls a little over a year ago. You can add a few drops of essential oil to them (lavender is my go-to) to get a nice, clean, non-toxic scent.
Juicers can be crazy expensive, and this one is not. It’s not a fancy one, but it works well for making juice at home. This is what I use for making celery juice and any other juices at home.
I add a scoop of this prebiotic fiber to my smoothie every morning. It adds the fiber that helps to feed your probiotic and make it more effective. You can mix it with any liquid, but heads up, it adds a weird, thick texture to water, so mixing in a smoothie is the best in my opinion because you can’t taste it at all.
Lastly, but something I use every day is Collagen Peptides. I put a scoop in my smoothie for added protein, and if I have coffee, I’ll put another scoop in there too. Two scoops is a serving, so that works out perfectly!
