This weekend has been a really relaxing one and I’m so thankful for that! Each day it seems I’m getting more and more exhausted. While that long to-do list I mentioned a few weeks ago is slowing disappearing, it’s getting tougher for me to actually complete those items.
Rob had a long week too. So we stayed in on Friday night, watched a movie and went to bed early. I’m thankful that I can still sleep pretty well, but man, falling asleep is so hard for me! Thankfully I’m better at sleeping in, so we set no alarms on Saturday and slept as long as possible.
Today, well, we don’t really have many plans either! I absolutely love Sundays in the fall because Rob watches football and I can get random stuff around the house. So exciting, right?! It’s funny how some of these small little things become the most comfortable routines that make me feel so relaxed. I’m planning on packing my hospital bag, finishing up the last bit of baby laundry and tidying up around the house. Needless to say, nesting mode has kicked in hard and I suddenly have the motivation to finish up all those little things I’ve been putting off for months.
Onto today’s post! With just a few weeks left in my pregnancy, I’m dreaming about wearing my pre-pregnancy clothes again. I had no idea just how ill-prepared my wardrobe was for this last part of my third trimester. I only have a few sweaters that are long enough, so I’ve been wearing the same stuff over and over again. In the meantime, I’ve been doing some shopping for items to wear after birth. I just got a few sweaters from Ann Taylor that are SO cute and have my eye on these fall pieces above. Surprise, surprise, they’re all from Amazon!
I somehow always have some gift cards to Amazon and they carry so many great brands that you wouldn’t believe—Free People, J. Brand, Loeffler Randall and Rag & Bone are a few that I check on the regular. If you’ve never shopped for clothes on Amazon, you should! They’re typically stocked in sizes that other retailers are sold out of and often have last season items at heavily discounted prices. That’s why I always check Loeffler Randall and Rag & Bone—amazing shoes at better prices, heck yes! Oh, and this white blouse is one I wore in this post last year!
Do you have any fall pieces you’re dying to buy? I hope the rest of your weekend is great and relaxing!
