One, we have our 20 week ultrasound this afternoon and by the end of the day we’ll know whether our little one is a boy or girl! Any guesses? I keep going back and forth, but I really have no idea. I cannot wait to find out! Did you or would you find out the gender of your baby? And two, we leave for our family trip to Aspen in just 4 days—the countdown is ON! Not only is Colorado one of my favorite places to visit in the summer, but it’ll be the first time since the holidays that I’m seeing my whole family at the same time! The older we get, the harder is becomes to get everyone in the same place at the same time, especially since we all live spread across the country. Along with outdoor and exercise clothes, I’m packing a bunch of comfortable and easy sandals, like this lace up pair from Mythologia, and a bunch of comfortable breezy dresses. If Chicago was warm year round, I think I’d only ever wear dresses! Lately I’ve been loving the tie-front trend on dresses—you can tell in this post and this post! This particular dress is soft and I love the colors. White & Leather Sandals Flat sandals are becoming my go-to footwear too and these sandals are a new favorite. I love the color! The white really pops against tanned skin in the summertime and they’re just so simple and timeless! Are you heading anywhere for the holiday weekend? What’s in your bag?! BTW, white eyelet & summer sandals, and our Porto travel diary. photography by Jules Kennedy Thanks to Mythologia, a brand I love and trust, for sponsoring this post!
